Only upload a manuscript once it was been accepted for publication and within 3 months of acceptance. Upload the accepted version of the manuscript - this is the final version in Word or PDF form you have sent to the publisher which they have accepted. It does not have any of the publisher's typesetting applied.
Adding drafts or submitted (but not yet accepted) versions means you may need to update documents in the future, or that the Research Services team will have to delete manuscripts which do not get accepted for publication.
