Yes you can.  As an off-campus student, you might find a university library nearer to you than we are. The good news is that you will hopefully be able to access it as part of the SCONUL Access scheme

**NOTE: please be aware that many university libraries don't allow external visitors (including SCONUL Access members) to enter during their revision/exam periods. Always check the individual library's website or contact them before visiting to ensure you will be allowed to enter.
