There is currently a fault with our Leeds Beckett app that is preventing some students from registering at lectures.

When you first open the app, timetable data for that week is added. Unfortunately, the app does not automatically refresh your timetable data on a week by week basis. The app only holds 1-weeks’ worth of timetable data which means after the first week, you have no lectures in the app to register against.

We are working to fix this problem but in the short-term there is a relatively easy solution.

  1. Open up the Leeds Beckett app.
  2. Navigate to your timetable view.
  3. “Swipe down” on the timetable view – this will refresh your timetable to show this week’s lectures.

You will then be able to register using the app for this week’s lectures.  You will need to repeat this process once every week.
