  1. Within the iOS Mail app click "add account"
  2. Select "Other"
  3. Enter your name, student email address (ending in @student.leedsbeckett.ac.uk) and standard password.
  4. Click "Next"
  5. In the Incoming Mail Server box enter outlook.office365.com into the Host Name. Enter your student email address and standard password.
  6. In the Outgoing Mail Server box enter smtp.office365.com into the Host Name. Enter your student email address and standard password. You must enter your email and password here otherwise you will be unable to send emails.
  7. Click "Save". Your student emails should now be set up in the Mail app.
