The PUK code is used to link your Campus Card to your printing account when they are first set up. If you see this, something has gone wrong:

• Has the Campus Card been created for you in the last hour? It can take 60 minutes for newly created cards to work on the printers. Ask staff at one of the Advice Points if you need to print urgently.
• Have you had your card replaced? You can only print with your most recent card. If you lose your card and have it replaced, you will no longer be able to print with the old card.
