Does your balance cover all the jobs you’ve sent? Pricing information is available by the printers and the kiosks. Your available balance is displayed by your name on the printers and the cost of each piece of printing is displayed by the title of the document on the printer screen.
Your balance could be ‘reserved’. Sometimes if a print job goes wrong, perhaps because the printer jams or runs out of toner, your credit balance is held by the system and is not available for printing. Library staff at one of the Advice Points can check and fix that for you.
