Yes, Leeds Beckett University has a full site license for MATLAB, Simulink and a variety of add-on products.
Please click on this link: https://uk.mathworks.com/academia/tah-portal/leeds-beckett-university-40640467.html which will take you to the Leeds Beckett MATLAB portal page.
From here you will be able to download MATLAB, access it online through a web browser and get help in using the software with a wide range of help and training links.
Once you click on any link on the portal page you may be asked to sign in using the normal Leeds Beckett single-sign-on page. Once you have done this you will be asked to set-up a MathWorks account using your student email. Please use the closest department to your school from the "Department" drop-down list and the closest fit for your role from the "What describes your role?" drop-down list.
