We recommend signing in when searching Discover, this reduces the authentication required to access resources. It also enables you to save searches/items, and apply for items via Request It!. If your name appears top-right of the Discover results screen you are signed in!
- To sign in, when prompted, select 'Login to Leeds Beckett University' and use your MyBeckett username / password as required. Or if you access Discover directly, click 'sign in' top right of screen and follow the prompts. Successful sign in is confirmed by your name appearing in the top right.

If you access Discover via the link in MyBeckett or the Library website, a search will result in an authentication request
Select 'Log in to Leeds Beckett University', (unless you are a Guest user)
In the next screen select 'Leeds Beckett University Login':
If requested please login with your MyBeckett username / password
- When signed in, your name is displayed top-right of the screen. You will also be able to view any saved items/searches, by clicking 'My Account':
