If you are currently in the Library and need assistance to locate a book or to take it off the shelves, please ask Library staff at the Help and Information Point for assistance.
You can also use the Holds system as a way of having the books collected from the shelves for you.
Students registered with Disability Advice can place 10 books on hold rather than the usual 5.
We'll email your University email when your hold is ready to collect.
You can also check your Library account.
Holds are held for 6 days from the date of your email.
Collect your hold from the High Demand Area on the ground floor - you need your Campus Card and PIN.
