I have completed QuickScan, how do I get a printed copy of my report?

You can access your QuickScan report again at any time:

  1. Go to QuickScan 
  2. Click on the Start button
  3. Fill in the form with your details - you must use the same User ID you used when you answered the questionnaire
  4. Enter your QuickScan Number from your QuickScan report.  If you do not know your QuickScan number please request this via the Library Disability Email Us form and provide your Student ID number
  5. Click the Start QuickScan button
  6. Your QuickScan report will be displayed
  7. If your report is not displayed and you are instead taken to the start screen of QuickScan to retake the questionnaire, you may have entered a different User ID to when you originally did QuickScan. Try entering your Student ID number (e.g. 33######) rather than your username (e.g. c3######). it may be that you have used your username (e.g. c3######) instead of your student ID (e.g. 33######) so try again
  8. Click on the Print QuickScan Report button
