Under a CC BY licence, your work is openly available and can be adapted and reused (even commercially), as long as you are attributed as the author. Other Creative Commons licences are available, allowing you to choose how you would like to share your work. Creative Commons licenses are non revokable: when a Creative Commons license has been applied to a work, that version of the work will remain under the license you have selected, regardless of if it is later published under another license.
