Your similarity report normally returns within a couple of hours, although it could take up to 24 hours at busy times or if you have resubmitted your paper more than 3 times.  

While you are waiting, the status will state Pending in the Submissions Inbox.

If the 'Pending' message displays for longer than 24 hours, try opening your submission, as you may find that the similarity report has been generated.  Please do not keep re-submitting as this will not speed it up. 

If more than 24 hours has passed and your similarity report is still pending, contact us.
