Why can't I connect my Windows device to eduroam any more?

As our Wi-Fi network is updated during the year you may have problems re-connecting to eduroam, please follow the steps below to reconnect your device.

The following steps are for Windows 10 & 11 devices (mobile and laptop):

  1. You need to forget the old network to enable connection to the new service.
    • To forget the network, please go to Start Menu > Settings > Network & Internet > WiFi > Manage WiFi Settings
    • Under the ‘Manage known networks’ list, select ‘eduroam’. Click ‘Forget’.
  2. Then follow these steps to re-connect to eduroam
