When you submit a Blackboard assignment you will receive a receipt to confirm your submission has uploaded successfully in these ways:
- A confirmation message will appear at the top of the assignment. It is a purple banner containing a submission confirmation number.

- An automated email, confirming that your submission was received. The email is sent to your student email, with subject title 'Submission Received' and contains a brief summary of the assignment details and a date and time of submission. Your email receipt should arrive within 5 minutes. If you haven't received it within three hours, please contact us.
In MyBeckett Ultra
When you submit, a pop up a message appears stating that your submission was successful! Showing the following details:
- Module name
- Assessment type (Blackboard Assignment)
- Submission date
- Submission size
- Confirmation number
- message 'You'll receive an email confirmation shortly'
- Additional Option: to download button which will be a submission receipt in a .txt file
