How do I access OneNote?

Option 1: Access OneNote via MyBeckett

You can access OneNote through Office 365, either online or offline.

To access OneNote Online through MyBeckett, scroll down on the homepage to the Library and Student IT card, then click on Access your Email, OneDrive and Office 365 Portal.

Once logged in to your Office 365 Portal, select Apps on the bottom left hand side of the screen.

If One Note does not appear in the initial list, please select All Apps on the bottom right of the available options.

Scroll through the options until you find and select OneNote.

Once logged in you can also access OneNote offline by logging into OneNote Online, opening your notebook and then clicking "Open in OneNote" in the app.

Option 2: Download the App

On the original App page (before you select All Apps to see all the options), you can select the Install Apps button at the top of the right hand side of the screen to download the suite of applications to your desktop.

Alternatively, if you have OneNote installed on your PC or laptop, you can open it just as you would open Microsoft Word or Excel.
All student PCs and laptops have OneNote installed as part of Office 365. All staff and students can download all the apps as part of Microsoft Office 365.
