Why can't I access my online reading list using a mobile device?

Unfortunately, there are some known issues with accessing online reading lists via MyBeckett using a mobile device.

No access to Reading Lists via MyBeckett app.

  • The fix - we suggest using a mobile browser to access MyBeckett and then your reading list.  

Reading Lists do not appear on the Internet Explorer mobile browser.

  • The fix - we suggest using the Chrome mobile browser rather than Internet Explorer.

Reading Lists do not appear using the Chrome mobile browser.

  • The fix - fortunately this is only affecting a small number of users. In this case, we suggest you try using a different device or accessing your reading lists from a fixed PC.

We have logged the above issues with our supplier and hope to have them resolved soon.
