How can I access Adobe Connect recordings?

If you have a link for an Adobe Connect recording, but are unable to access it, we recommend using Google Chrome on a PC/Mac and installing the Adobe Connect Desktop App via this link: 

https://na1cps.adobeconnect.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm

(If you are taking part in live sessions rather than just viewing a recording we also recommend running the diagnostic check.)

If you cannot download the App please enable Flash in Chrome to launch the session (you can easily do this by clicking on the padlock to the left of the web address below:

You do not need to log in, please select 'Guest' rather than 'Registered User', enter your name and click 'Enter Room':

However, if you are faced with a login screen, this means you are trying either to join a meeting/recording but haven't installed the App, or your lecturer has locked down the session.  Therefore, if you have the App and are still seeing the screen below, please contact your lecturer:
