Mobile version via the PebblePocket app: please click on your Asset Store and click on an asset. At some point you should then be prompted with an additional Leeds Beckett login.

Desktop version of PebblePad: click on your Asset Store, then Resources.  You should see an Attendance Form to complete, when you do, it becomes one of your assets. (if you can't find it in Resources, stay in Resources, but click on 'Custom templates' (top right of screen to locate).
