If you are unable to access a shared whiteboard in a Microsoft Teams meeting, and possibly getting the below error:

Please ensure you have signed in to your student Office 365 account (student email / password). You might need to refresh your page, or close down the meeting (keeping Office 365 signed in), and relaunch the meeting.

We recommend that you use Google Chrome to access MyBeckett and then open a new tab to sign in to your student Office 365 account. 

If you still cannot view please download the Microsoft Teams app onto your device rather than using the web browser version.
