How do I reduce the number of multi-factor authentication (MFA) prompts?

To reduce the number of multi-factor authentication (MFA) prompts on your phone, please follow the steps below:

When presented with an MFA prompt asking you to approve a sign in request, there is a tick box just below labelled "Don't ask again for 30 days". If you tick this, you will not be prompted for MFA for the next 30 days when accessing that system (e.g MyBeckett, Office 365) on the device you are using at the time.

Note: Other systems may still prompt for MFA, as will any login on a new device.

After 30 days the prompt will re-appear, and you will have to repeat the process.
