Why am I getting a Turnitin error message when I try and view a submitted paper?

If you receive this error message in Turnitin when trying to access a submitted file:

Turnitin Error message: Sorry we could not process your request.

Due to inactivity, your session has expired. To continue using Turnitin, please fully close and re-enter this assignment. Refreshing your browser will not resolve this issue.

Please close the browser window and relaunch it. 

If still not resolved, please use Google Chrome and clear/cache cookies (opens in new window), any further issues, please contact us at the Library and the Student IT Advice Team will assist you.

Below is the image of the Turnitin error message described above - it can occur if the assignment submission link window has been left open for a long period of time and no submission uploaded:
