To share a Sway, the default is to anyone within the University but this can be changed to allow you to share with anyone with a link.

Sharing when submitting a Sway for assessment 

You may be required to submit a Sway file for submission.  When it comes to submitting, the best option is to share the link, but to ensure that your lecturer and any external examiners can view your work, please set the Share options to "Anyone with a link":

This will mean anyone that has been tied to your module will be able to view your Sway, such as external examiners. 

Please discuss with your lecturer if you think that your assignment content is sensitive and may need to be submitted via a different method.
