Why do I see an error message saying "bad request", "bad message" or "this page isn't working"?

After you log in to your MyBeckett account for some time, your login gets time out. To continue accessing resources, please try one of the following ways:

(i) close all browsers and re-login by opening the library page again: https://my.leedsbeckett.ac.uk/. You can then go the library tab and click on discover to find and access your resource.

(ii) copy the link address of the resource page and go through it in incognito mode. You will be prompted to re-login again.

(iii) clear cookies (refer to this FAQ: https://libanswers.leedsbeckett.ac.uk/faq/246065) and re-login by opening the library page again: https://my.leedsbeckett.ac.uk/. You can then go the library tab and click on discover to find and access your resource.

***Please note that you might lose saved usernames or passwords if you choose to clear all cookies in your browser.
