You can use our Request It! service to order books, ebooks, article and book chapters that the Library doesn't hold in stock.

Browse Discover: 

• Sign into Discover on the top right-hand side (your name will appear if you are already signed in).
• If you are undertaking research, search Discover to check what we currently have access to.
• If you would like to explore more resources, click on 'Libraries Worldwide' under the drop-down menu 'Held by my Library'. 
• This will expand your search to resources we currently do not own.
• If there is an item you would like to access, click on the 'Request it' icon on the resource page. You will then be directed to the 'Request it' form.
• Please select your preferred format and your preferred campus for collection for print materials.
• You will receive an email notification when the item is available to access or if further information is required.

How to complete the 'Request it' form manually: 

• If you know what item you require, you can access the 'Request it' form directly.
• There is a form available for articles and book chapters, print requests and ebook requests. Please ensure you select the relevant form for your resource format.
• Please fill out as much information about the book as possible. This includes title, author, chapter title and article title (if applicable). This will help us source the correct resource.
• You will receive an email notification when the item is available to access or if further information is required.

A log of all your requests and availability can be accessed from your Discover account under 'My Requests'.
