If you're trying to log into Discover and seeing an error message, please try an alternative browser eg Chrome / Firefox / Edge / Safari.

If you are experiencing an error in all browsers, such as: ‘system error has occurred’ or ‘Oops.  Something went wrong’:

> Launch Google Chrome

1. Clear cache / cookies in Chrome
2. Check Chrome is up to date
3. Attempt to sign log in via: https://leedsbeckett.on.worldcat.org/discovery
4. If you still can't log in, go incognito in Google Chrome and access via: https://leedsbeckett.on.worldcat.org/discovery

If you are seeing a 'HTTP ERROR 401 Unauthorized', when trying to search you will probably need a manual password reset, please contact the library.
