What can I do if I'm seeing a blank screen when trying to access Lexis resources?

This could be due trying to access Lexis resources on an older MacBook using OS Big Sur 11.2 or earlier. If so, please access using a different device or try an alternate browser e.g. Chrome/Edge on the MacBook.

Changing a setting in Safari can also resolve the issue.

It's also worth trying clearing cache/cookies.
