How do I set up the SEAtS app?

Once you have downloaded the SEAtS mobile app on the App or Google Play store, you should check the following settings before your first class:

  • Location Services (with Precise Location) are switched on.
  • Camera permissions are allowed (for QR check-in).
  • Mobile Data is enabled (SEAtS uses very little data).
  • Your phone's OS and Apps are up to date (this is especially important for Android).
  • Do Not Disturb or Aeroplane Mode are not blocking notifications.
  • If using an older phone, you have enough storage space for the app.
