You can now scan documents to your university OneDrive from our printers. However, if this is the first time you have done this, you first need to authorise the printer to send your scanned document to OneDrive.
When you scan the document, you will receive an email in your university email inbox from Scans for PaperCut MF asking you to authorise the printer to send scanned documents to your university OneDrive account.

Please click on the link Login to OneDrive for Business in this email. You will be redirected to PaperCut requesting permission to access your account, then click Accept. You will only need to do this once. Once you have done this, you will receive another email which will include a link to your scanned document in OneDrive.
Alternatively, after authorising you can go directly to your scanned document in OneDrive. Log into your university OneDrive, go to the Apps folder, and Scans for Papercut MF. This may take a couple of minutes to arrive after scanning for the first time.
