I am trying to return a laptop but the screen shows 'no response from Lapsafe server: please contact a member of staff'. What should I do?

Please speak to a member of the Library Advice team who will be able to return the laptop for you.

If the advice team aren't available during self-service hours take it to a member of the security team who will keep it safe and hand it to the Library Advice team at the start of the next working day.
