Council Tax Exemption/Discount Letters are available in the Welcome system. 

To be eligible for an exemption letter students must be registered on a full-time course that:

• involves at least 21 hours’ study per week.
• lasts at least 24 weeks of an academic year.
• weekly placement hours do not exceed hours of study.
