As our Wi-Fi network is updated during the year you may have problems re-connecting to eduroam. Please follow the steps below to reconnect your device.
- Select Settings > General > Profiles
- Delete any and all profiles for Leeds Beckett University and any others from different Universities or Hospitals that you may have connected to.
- Then, to connect to the new network, please go to Settings > Wi-Fi and select ‘eduroam’ from the ‘Choose a Network’ list. Enter your Leeds Beckett credentials when prompted. Your username is your 'c' number followed by @leedsbeckett.ac.uk i.e. c1234567@leedsbeckett.ac.uk and your standard university password.
- After entering your credentials you may also need to restart your device.
If the above does not work please also try the below.
- Using the Apple Menu icon from the top left hand corner, select System Preferences.
- Select the Profiles icon.
- Under User Profiles select any that say Eduroam and the click on the minus symbol at the bottom left to remove it.
