How do I log in to MyBeckett?

For new students - Check our guide on how to log into your University accounts before attempting to log in to MyBeckett which has detailed instructions for personal devices. 

Before you log in to MyBeckett, you must set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) needs to be activated for your security.

Our How to register for MFA explains how to register, then you can log in to MyBeckett.

  • The URL for MyBeckett is my.leedsbeckett.ac.uk (we recommend Google Chrome)
  • Click Login button to access MyBeckett.
  • There are links below the Login button for you to perform a Password reset and MFA.  See the image below:

What is my student username?

Your username as a Leeds Beckett University student is provided in your welcome information. Part of your username is also displayed on your student card.

See the image below for an example of a Student ID Card - the 8 digit number will be replaced the first number with a letter at the front  - e.g. c1234567)

Passwords

When you have set up your password this is set for all the University systems you need to access, this is called Single-Sign On (SSO), which means you only have to remember this one username and password to log on for most systems at Leeds Beckett University.

Once you have logged into MyBeckett you can quickly access most things, such as:

  • Your Student Email
  • OneDrive/MS 365
  • The Online Library
  • MyHub
  • Timetable system
