Why am I stuck in preview mode on PebblePad?

If you seeing this red error message:

Please 'Click here to understand why' on your screen.  PebblePad as a system does not like having multiple windows/tabs of the same work open. The likelihood is that you have another PebblePad window/tab open elsewhere on your PC/Mac, so please check and close a version that you haven't been working on.  If you are unsure please save (screenshot) any work before closing down the window, so you can compare this with version you have left open.

If after 30 mins the message remains please contact us for help.

Please remember that PebblePad doesn't auto-save. so please never just close the browser/window/tab without saving first.
