Tagging is the method used in PebblePad to organise Assets within the Asset Store, enabling you to easily search for them later.
Tags work like folders, in that once they are added to an Asset, you can search your Asset Store so that it only displays Assets with the tag you have searched for.
Tags cannot be seen by others; they are purely for you to organise your Assets and can be added when uploading an Asset, or afterwards.
To add a Tag to an Asset:
- Open your Asset Store.
- Find the Asset you wish to add a Tag to, and click on the 'i' icon to the right:
- In the panel that appears to the right, scroll down to the section titled 'Tags'.
- In the box, type your Tag and click 'Add' when you are finished. You will then see your Tag is added below the box in a suitcase tag icon. Repeat this process for any additional Tags you wish to add - you can add as many as you like!
- That's it! You can now search for Assets in your Asset Store using your Tags.
