Depending on how your course uses PebblePad, you may be required to share your work with someone who isn't part of Leeds Beckett University, such as a Mentor or Practice Assessor/Supervisor (Nursing only). In PebblePad terms, these people are called External Assessors. Your tutor will inform you if you are required to share your work with an External Assessor. If you have shared your work with your external assessor but they are unable to edit or add comments to your workbook, please check you have shared your work correctly using the share with external assessor option.
If you have also shared your work using the 'With people' option this will cause read only issues for your external assessor. You will need to remove these shares from your workbook.
To remove Shared with People from your workbook:
- Locate the workbook in your Asset Store.
- Click Shared with people, this icon will be highlighted if these shares have been added to your workbook.
- A list of Shared with People will open in the panel on the right.
- If your external assessor appears in the list, click the Bin icon to delete the share.
- Click Show external assessors link and check there is no date restriction on your share. If your external assessor doesn’t display in this section please see How do I share my PebblePad Asset with an External Assessor?
