Having trouble submitting your assignment? Here are a few things to check:

1) How big is the file you are submitting? Try to keep your file size as small as you can as a small file equals a small upload time! Bigger files will take longer to upload so if you are uploading a large assignment please be patient.

2) Have you already made a submission? If you have already submitted, you may be allowed to make another submission if your tutor has granted you the permissions to do so. If they haven't, you will have to get in touch with them to see if they are willing to clear your previous submission and allow you to resubmit.

3) Can you see your Assignment drop-box? If you can't see a place to submit your assignment, get in touch with your tutor as they will have set it up for you. Assignment drop-boxes will have an icon next to them that looks like this:

All you need to do is click into the drop-box and choose the 'Browse My Computer' option to upload your assignment, then click 'Submit'.

NOTE: If you are meant to be submitting through Turnitin, you will see a different type of drop-box that looks like this:
