How do I change my MFA default sign in method?

Access your MFA Security info page using the link below:

https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info

'Sign in method where most advisable is unavailable' shows your current default method for approving sign-in.

The box below this shows the methods you have currently added to your account.

Click Change next to 'Sign in method where most advisable is unavailable' to pick from your available sign in options.

If the option you want to add is not listed you will need to add it; click + Add Sign-in method
